These Terms of Trade apply to all purchases made through the Urban Sanctuary online shop.
Prices
All prices are listed in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 15%, unless stated otherwise.
Prices are correct at the time of publication. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. If a price change affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before processing your order.
Special pricing and promotions are subject to availability.
Payment
Payments made through our online store are processed securely by a third-party payment provider.
Urban Sanctuary Beauty Therapy & Day Spa does not store or have access to your full credit card details. A receipt will be issued upon completion of your transaction.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched using a signature-required courier service for security.
If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier company will leave a card and arrange a suitable delivery time with you.
We currently deliver within New Zealand only.
If your order does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us within one week of the expected delivery date.
Stock Availability
We make every effort to ensure products listed on our website are available.
Occasionally, supply delays or stock issues may occur. If an item you have ordered is unavailable, we will contact you to provide an estimated delivery timeframe or offer an alternative or refund.
Returns & Faulty Goods
We want you to be satisfied with your Urban Sanctuary purchase.
If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, where appropriate.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
This policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
