Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion, hosting a team wellness day, or simply enjoying a relaxing catch-up with friends, we’d be delighted to host your group. Our spa offers a calm, luxurious setting for intimate gatherings, with experiences designed to leave every guest feeling restored and pampered.

Group Sizes

We can accommodate group bookings of 2 to 6 people, utilising our six beautifully appointed treatment rooms. Whether you’re planning something low-key or a more elaborate spa day, our team can tailor your experience to suit your needs.

Relaxation Room & Refreshments

All group bookings include exclusive access to our private relaxation room — the perfect space to unwind together before or after treatments. Each guest will receive a complimentary glass of bubbles or sparkling grape juice.

If you’d like to include snacks, you’re welcome to bring your own — we’ll happily plate them for you. Alternatively, we can arrange catering on your behalf and simply add the cost to your final invoice.

Tailored Experiences

We offer a wide selection of treatments from our spa menu and are happy to help you design a personalised package that reflects the preferences of your group. Options may include massage, facials, full-body exfoliation, and lash and brow treatments.

Booking & Payment

As group bookings require the coordination of multiple staff members and treatment rooms, full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

We understand that illness can arise unexpectedly. In the event of sickness, we are happy to reschedule the unwell guest; however, the remainder of the group is still required to attend. If the booking is only for two people, we will reschedule both guests.

Please note that refunds are not offered for group bookings however with enough notice we will reschedule them.

No show or last minute cancellation fees may apply

Arrival & Consultation

We kindly ask your group to arrive at least 10–15 minutes before the scheduled start time for a relaxed check-in. Each guest will complete a brief consultation form to ensure their chosen treatments are safe and suitable.

Personalised Coordination

Your booking will be looked after by a dedicated group coordinator, ensuring a seamless experience from the first enquiry through to the day itself.

After Your Visit
