The team are incredible at what they do, they are the best of the best and always make me feel so comfortable and cared for. I regularly get my brows tinted and waxed (so affordable!), and they always make them perfect. I’ve also had massages and facials here, and every single time has been such a relaxing, luxurious experience, I always end up falling asleep; it's pure bliss! The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, and the staff are so warm and professional. I couldn’t recommend Urban Sanctuary more highly, it truly is my go-to place to unwind and treat myself.
